Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will be notified as soon as your parcel is on its way.
UK Delivery Options:
Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) – Complimentary Shipping
Express Delivery (1–2 working days) – £10
We partner with trusted couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD and DHL, to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
International Delivery: At this time, we ship exclusively within the UK.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey to your door. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates.
Delivery Support
Should your order not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our Client Services team at info@boxdeluxgifting.co.uk within 7 days. We will personally liaise with our couriers to resolve the matter with priority.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return and exchange policy is designed to guarantee your confidence when shopping with us. We take pride in the quality of our creations and hope you will be delighted. However, should you wish to return an item, we are here to assist:
Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in pristine packaging.
Return Period: You may request a return within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Exclusions:
* Bespoke, personalised or made-to-order items
* Perishable goods
* Opened beauty, skincare, or fragrance items (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return
1. Please contact our Client Services team at info@boxdeluxgifting.co.uk, quoting your order number.
2. We will provide tailored return instructions.
3. For your convenience, we recommend returning items via tracked delivery. Return postage is the client’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and verifying your return. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Should you desire an alternative item, we kindly ask you to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
